How does the Website Development process work?

We build your websites on Open Source CMS (Content Management System) WordPress platform. Used by more than 60 million websites, including 33.6% of the top 10 million websites as of April 2019, WordPress is the most popular website management system in use.

WordPress is a factory that makes webpages. This platform provides template/theme system where designs, contents and functionalities are built through customization and extended with plugins.

All these development and further maintenance are done through a user friendly control panel which could be operated by person without technical knowledge.

What is the recurring cost once my site is up and running?

The minimum cost is renewal of your domain (around $10/year) and hosting (around $30-$50/year).

We would provide you short training materials on how to change contents as and when necessary. Besides, you should be able to maintain your site too with future updates of CMS/theme/plugins by yourself. You can test drive the admin panel by following the admin link and credentials from here.

If for some reason you are unwilling to do so, we are here to support you with monthly maintenance options.

How do the Website Packages work?

Our packages are carefully configured so that customers can get high quality modern website within lower budget and won’t have to pay beyond their requirements.

We provide custom built complete website for lifetime usage in single live installation with one domain (the domain name could be changed at any time if you require so in the future). In other words, you can not copy the same site and use for multiple domains simultaneously.

The above packages & prices are provided for respective standard websites. We offer final price based on your actual requirements including design customization, contents, functionalities and performance. The complexity of work, required time and additional cost for premium plugins are reflected in the final price.

How long will my Website work and what are the risks associated in running the site?

Technically speaking, you can run your site forever as long as the core internet technology is available with some of the present web rendering process and tools. However, it could be obsolete after 10-15 years. 

People and businesses usually update their site contents including images and marketing materials according to their needs. The major design updates could be done after 2-3 years while 5 years are good time for such major upgrades to reflect the trends of that future time without even changing the main CMS platform. Ultimately it depends on individual personal/business requirements.

How does the ordering process work?

You provide us your personal/business website idea and information with desired package or budget. We provide a custom demo for your feedback. Based on your feedback, we finalize the initial design and total cost. 

You make the payment along with contents and we deliver the site within 15-20 days or agreed time. We understand the importance of your web presence and branding. Therefore, we prefer to take this time to put our best effort for making those presence very effective.

How does the payment system work time?

We accept Debit/Credit card payment from individual through Payoneer system, a popular B2B payment processor. Major global Companies like Airbnb, Amazon, Google and Upwork use Payoneer to send mass payouts around the world. It is also used by eCommerce marketplaces such as Walmart and Wish.com

Business customers can pay us through direct Bank deposits in USD/EURO/GBP.

Once a customer agrees on final price, we send the Payoneer payment link along with invoice.
